- Line cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper or waxed paper. Large bowl with cooking spray; peanuts and combine noodles .
- Medium microwavable bowl with cooking spray; include marshmallows and butter. Stir in vanilla that is baking chips and frosting. Proceed to microwave stir till well mixed.
- Pour marshmallow mixture over carrots and noodles; stir till coated. Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper to shape each cookie. Top with sprinkles. Repeat with remaining sprinkles and noodle mix. Reheat in microwave uncovered on High 15 if mix is really hard to scoop.
- Cool completely. Store at room temperature in airtight container.
