Ingredients
- 1 18 ounce roll up chocolate chip cookie dough
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 egg space temperature
Directions
- Preheat oven
- Line a baking dish with foil that is non-stick or parchment paper. Put aside.
- Spread a bit over fifty percent of those cookie dough and press down producing an even coating.
- With a stand mixer or hand held mixer, beat until fluffy and light.
- Pour filling on the surface of the cookie base.
- Crumble the remaining cookie dough on the top.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
