Cranberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Chocolate chips and cranberries require these biscuits. The cookie recipe is fantastic with the thick, chewy-softness that you would ever want in a cookie cutter.

You can try my chocolate chip cookie recipe if you are not a person. It utilizes butter to make them special. Actually you may use that recipe and substitute cranberries and white chocolate chips for the chocolate chips.

ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tablespoon molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 and 2 2/3 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions
- In a large bowl, cream butter and brown and white sugar till smooth.
- Beat in molasses, eggs and vanilla.
- Stir into the butter and sugar bowl.
- Stir in white chocolate chips, oats and cranberries.
- Roll the dough and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 325 F. Bake the biscuits for 10-11 minutes or till lightly browned. Don't over bake.
