Cranberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies


Chocolate chips and cranberries require these biscuits. The cookie recipe is fantastic with the thick, chewy-softness that you would ever want in a cookie cutter.



For some reason whereas chocolate chip biscuits get the spotlight biscuits tend to get pushed to the sidelines. But biscuits are packed with textures and this much taste. The oatmeal gives a contrast to the sweetness to biscuits.

You can try my chocolate chip cookie recipe if you are not a person. It utilizes butter to make them special. Actually you may use that recipe and substitute cranberries and white chocolate chips for the chocolate chips.

ingredients

  1. 1 large egg
  2. 1 Tablespoon molasses
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  5. 1/4 tsp salt
  6. 1 and 2 2/3 cups rolled oats
  7. 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  8. . dried

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown and white sugar till smooth.
  2. Beat in molasses, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Stir into the butter and sugar bowl.
  4. Stir in white chocolate chips, oats and cranberries.
  5. Roll the dough and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 325 F. Bake the biscuits for 10-11 minutes or till lightly browned. Don't over bake.
