BETTER THAN DOUBLETREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES


Chocolate chip cookies are excellent, but this chocolate chip cookie recipe is superior than the DoubleTree Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe!! It is gooey and filled with walnuts, oats, and chocolate. Plus, all these are biscuits that are HUGE!



A DoubleTree chocolate chip cookie is melty and hot, gooey, with a hint vanilla which it is possible to view in the dough. They are not cookies so that you wonder about the oats as you are eating them. (Or perhaps that is just me?) All I know is that when I complete my cookie I need MORE.

The DoubleTree chocolate chip biscuits come within a couple of percentage of my thought of a chocolate chip cookie, which is when this version was created by me I needed to create them BETTER than the DoubleTree Chocolate Chip Cookie.

This chocolate chip cookie recipe is superior than the Doubletree Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe!! It is gooey and filled with walnuts, oats, and chocolate. Additionally, they are HUGE!

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 tsp baking soda
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 3/4 cup brown sugar packed

Sugar granulated
  1. 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  2. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  3. 2 large eggs
  4. 3 cups chocolate chips -- use your favorite form

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place oats in a food processor or blender and grind till they turn. Set them in a medium sized bowl and then whisk. Put aside.
  2. Stir together peanut butter, brown sugarand granulated sugar. (No mixer required - simply use a wooden spoon or spatula! ) ) Stir in egg whites, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mixture might be lumpy due to the floor oats. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment or wax paper. Twist 1/4 cupfuls of this dough and place on the cookie sheet. You don't have themthis is for frightening. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight or at least 4 hours .
  4. Place biscuits spaced on cookie sheets. Every ball is depressed by slightly .
  5. Don't over bake - .
