KETO CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FAT BOMBS
Who does not adore the mixture of chocolate and peanut butter?! They're better, although each is very good. They're a match and you may delight in the union without all those bad carbohydrates.
These men are craving busters that are severe, which means you only need you to satisfy your sweet tooth. I really like the feel of pinch and the chocolate mix of those peanuts. I believe that you will too!
- 4 TBSP butter
- 4 TBSP oil
- 5-8 packs of stevia sweetener
Extract
- Blend all the ingredients together. Cover with a paper toweland microwave. Stir, remove from the microwave and continue microwaving for about 30 minutes or until everything is melted to blend.
- After melted, use a whisk or fork to combine everything.
- Use spatula or a spoon to disperse the mixture in muffin liners, silicone mould or an ice cube tray.
- Cover and freeze at least two hours. After frozen, remove them in your own tray or mould and set them in a plastic freezer bag or container (since they're so full of fat that they should easily fall from the tray).
TIPS:
- The sweetness taste of everyone fluctuates begin with stevia and add more as required. Do a taste test.
- 4 TBSP is equivalent to 1/4 cup to make it simpler when measuring, however I quantified in TBSP the recipe may easily be cut in half if necessary.
- You are able to cut the ingredients in half and create considerably smaller cubes should you would rather little bite-sized bombs, or stick to the recipe and then fill two ice cube trays using bigger parts (those ones have pliers for freezing). Candy molds are a fantastic alternative.
