INSTRUCTIONS
1. Get a 9×13 inch cake pan.
2. Add ingredients into a large bowl and blend.
3. Add 1/2 cup of cream and vanilla, eggs, milk, vegetable oil and blend well.
4. Pour to the batter, being cautious and mixing.
5. Pour into the cake pan and bake until a toothpick comes out with a couple of crumbs, or for approximately 40-45 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and then poke holes around. You might use a straw, although I use a knife threaded pole.
7. While the cake is still warm, then add the chocolate chips. Put aside.
8. Add the condensed milk and staying 1/2 cup of cream into a microwave safe measuring cup. Cream and the milk heat till they start to boil, then pour over the chocolate chips.

10. Put from the refrigerator.
11. After the cake has cooled, add the components to the whipped cream.
12. Spread the cream evenly. If desired, top the cake with chocolate chips along with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
