INGREDIENTS

  1. Cupcakes
  2. 1/2 cup coconut milk
  3. 1 cup coconut oil
  4. 6 large eggs
  5. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  6. 1/4 tsp sea salt

Frosting

2/3 cup almond cashew butter or peanut

Extract

1/4 tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS
  1. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. At a stand mixer or mix all components for blend and cupcakes until the batter is smooth.
  3. Utilize an ice-cream scoop. Bake for 25 minutes on 350F until cooked- by adding knife or a toothpick to the middle of a cupcake evaluation, when it comes out blank they are finished. Permit pliers to cool before frosting.
