2-ingredient Chocolate Soufflé




Ingredients

For 1 serving

  1. 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (150 gram )
  2. 2 eggs

  1. Separate the egg yolk and set into two bowls.
  2. Mix the chocolate hazelnut spread with the egg yolk to the bowl.
  3. Whisk two egg whites.
  4. Twist 1/3 of the egg whites to the chocolate/egg yolk mix. Add the egg whites into the mixture until the mix is smooth and then fold gently, but completely.
  5. Pour into a ramekin. Wash bake for 15-17 minutes, and climbs evenly.
  6. Drink immediately.
