Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Brownies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box brownie mix, and ingredients known for on box
- 2 1/3 chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Create brownie brownie batter according to package directions. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs. Let cool in pan, then top with tomatoes.
- Make ganache: Place chocolate chips heatproof bowl and set aside. Heat cream in a saucepan. Switch the heat off, when bubbles start to break the surface round the edges of the pan. Pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 5 minutes, then whisk until the sauce is smooth. Pour the coating .
- Before the ganache has set, about 15 minutes, refrigerate brownies.
