Giant Chocolate Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies


One is the packed monster cookie of that a Reese cutter. Crazy right?! I was going to purchase the mini Reese's when I understood that I've been posting a lot of monster cookie cutter things on the site and I should post something different. I saw that the Hershey chocolate bars that were fun-size! And it struck mestuff them. Ugh. I'm hating myself for getting over the top, and this thought because those chocolate packaged chocolate chip cookies are yummy.



I packaged a Hershey chocolate bar and split the dough to 10 chunks and used my favourite chocolate chip cookie recipe. Heaven my pals. Absolute heaven.

While cooking since this doesn't make them crispy these cookies will spread!

Filled with Hershey chocolate! The chocolate chip cookie dough packaged with chocolate loaded with chocolate chips. These are quite easy to make!

ingredients

  1. 1 large egg
  2. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  3. 2 cups 2 tbsp flour
  4. 1 tsp baking soda
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
  7. 2 packs (fun size) Hershey's chocolate bars (each package has 8 inside )

Directions

  1. Prepare a cookie sheet or use a lining that is silpat.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer or a large bowl, combine cooled and melted brown sugar, butter, and sugar. Blend until blended.
  3. Add egg yolk, egg and vanilla. Blend till fluffy and pale in colour. About two minutes.
  4. Add salt, baking soda, and flour. Blend until combined. Pour chocolate chips and mix until blended.
  5. Utilize a 1/3 cup measuring cup and then divide dough into 10 balls that are big.
  6. Put a ball and then flatten it. Put an enjoyable size Hershey bar (split in half and put on top of each other) at the center of the flattened dough. Bring up the sides and roll into a ball.
  7. Put 4 biscuits each cookie sheet.
  8. Bake or until browned around the edges while the center seems undercooked. Let cool on baking sheet for 15 minutes to give them time and then come.
  9. Eat a cookie cutter warm to get a chocolate centre. The chocolate does harden up After the cookies cool. As is, eat warm up the cookie in the microwave for a couple of seconds.
  10. Suggestion for your MELTING/COOLING BUTTER: put the 12 tbsp of butter to some microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for approximately 20 minutes, or until the butter is half and half an hour in butter form. Stir using a fork until all is smooth and melted. All the way in the microwave prevents it not melting the egg. Should the butter melt you need to have to exit it out to use in the recipe.
