INGREDIENTS
- Two 1/2 cups bread
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla glue
- 11/4 cup brewed coffee, chilled.
- Cream cheese softened
- 41/2 teaspoon espresso powder
- Sugar

- Pre heat oven
- Grease 2 - 7 inch cake pans and line bottoms with parchment.
- Include the bread, salt, cocoas, baking powder, baking soda and sugar.
- In a bowl add the eggs, vanilla, oil and coffee, stir to blend.
- With mixer on low pour to the dry ingredients.
- Switch up to medium speed, blend until well blended.
- Minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy and light.
- Insert the espresso powdercontinue mixing.
- Add the powdered sugar one spoonful at a time.
- Insert from the Kahlua, keep mixing for approximately 2-3 minutes before frosting is smooth and creamy.
ASSEMBLY:
- Should need be, cut the round tops of cakes.
- Cut each cake to make a total of 4 layers.
- Set first cake layer on cake plate/board (add a little bit of frosting under to hold the cake in place).
- Pipe or spread of frosting ensuring to visit the borders, a coating, repeat with the layers.
- With frosting coat the surfaces of the cake offset spatula.
- Pipe border I utilized piping hint Wilton 2D.
- Pipe decoration I utilized piping hint Wilton 2D. I have done a border around the perimeter, by alternating the path working my way inward then replicated.
- Sprinkled with Wilton gold pearls.
- Keep cake in cool area can be deciphered.
