Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Condensed milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (warmed and chilled for security )
Directions
- Cream together sugar and butter and soft and light. Add vanilla and continue to blend until well blended. Blend in flour as you mix it into, alternating between both and sweetened condensed milk.
- Put your cookie dough and press down using a spatula. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator.
- Prepare when your dough chilled for 3 weeks or longer. In a microwave safe bowl melt peanut butter and 1/2 cup chocolate chips . Set back in the refrigerator to chill until firm for one more hour.
