Caramel Chocolate Panna Cotta






Caramel:

4 tbsp of water

Panna cotta:
  1. 3/4 cup of thick cream
  2. 3/4 cup of milk
  3. 4 tbsp of cocoa
  4. 3/4 tbsp of gelatin (placed into water)

Garnish:

  1. Whipped cream
  2. Chocolate sauce
  3. Freeze-dried raspberries
  4. Sprinkles
  5. Mint leaf

DIRECTIONS

  1. To make the caramel, add sugar and 1 tbsp water in a saucepan heat over moderate heat. Turn off heat, When gray turns and add water. Mix well.
  2. Add cream, milk, sugar, cocoa and gelatin and bring to a boil.
  3. Pour into a mould and refrigerate till firm.
  4. Remove from mould, and cut into individual portions. Before serving decorate.
