Caramel Chocolate Panna Cotta
Caramel:
4 tbsp of water
Panna cotta:
- 3/4 cup of thick cream
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 4 tbsp of cocoa
- 3/4 tbsp of gelatin (placed into water)
Garnish:
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate sauce
- Freeze-dried raspberries
- Sprinkles
- Mint leaf
DIRECTIONS
- To make the caramel, add sugar and 1 tbsp water in a saucepan heat over moderate heat. Turn off heat, When gray turns and add water. Mix well.
- Add cream, milk, sugar, cocoa and gelatin and bring to a boil.
- Pour into a mould and refrigerate till firm.
- Remove from mould, and cut into individual portions. Before serving decorate.
