Chocolate-Stuffed Churro Donuts
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
For frying Oil
- cinnamon sugar
- Piping bag
- nonstick baking sheet
Planning
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add brown sugar, butter, salt, and water, and bring to a boil.
- After the butter has melted and the mixture starts to boil, then reduce the heat and insert flour.
- With a wooden spoon, stir until the dough comes together to make a ball and there aren't any lumps.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and add in the eggsone at a time, make sure you completely integrate each egg.
- After the eggs have been incorporated, move into a bag with a star tip.
- On a baking sheet, then pipe the dough in circles leaving a hole.
- Put the chocolate chips and top with remaining dough, ensuring there are not any gaps between each layer.
- Remove in the freezer and then use a butter knife to publish the churro donuts. As you wait to fry return any extras.
- Fry the donuts in batches until brown and the dough is cooked through to prevent overcrowding the pan.
- Prior to rolling into cinnamon sugar, drain.
