Keto Peanut Butter Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 c. smooth unsweetened peanut butter, melted (and more for drizzling)
- 1 tsp coconut flour
- 1/4 c. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- Pinch kosher salt
- 2 chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon. Coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowlcombine coconut sugar flour, peanut butter, salt and vanilla.
- With a small cookie scoop, put and form mixture into rounds press to flatten on baking sheet. Freeze about 1 hour, until firm.
- In a medium bowlwhisk together melted coconut and chocolate oil.
- Dip peanut butter rounds chocolate coated afterward come back.
- Drizzle with butter suspend about 10 minutes, until chocolate sets.
- Serve cold.
