Keto Peanut Butter Cookies






INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2 c. smooth unsweetened peanut butter, melted (and more for drizzling)
  2. 1 tsp coconut flour
  3. 1/4 c. coconut oil
  4. 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
  5. Pinch kosher salt
  6. 2 chocolate chips
  7. 1 tablespoon. Coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowlcombine coconut sugar flour, peanut butter, salt and vanilla.
  2. With a small cookie scoop, put and form mixture into rounds press to flatten on baking sheet. Freeze about 1 hour, until firm.
  3. In a medium bowlwhisk together melted coconut and chocolate oil.
  4. Dip peanut butter rounds chocolate coated afterward come back.
  5. Drizzle with butter suspend about 10 minutes, until chocolate sets.
  6. Serve cold.
