No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars


We have turned everybody's favorite favourite chocolate chip cookie dough to a safe-to-eat, safe-to-serve pub that is ideal for summer potlucks and barbecues (or any time you want a raw cookie dough repair ). All these cookie bread bars put up so you don't.





Ingredients

Cup butter

1

Cup packed brown sugar

teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3

Cup milk (non-dairy is nice )

1/2

teaspoon salt

Cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. For the bottom layer: in a large bowl with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugar until well blended.
  2. Add the milk, vanilla extract, salt and oat flour. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips until well dispersed.
  4. Refrigerate for two hours or until solid.
  5. Make the layer by melting the chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat with oil When the foundation layer is strong.
  6. Once smooth, pour on the bottom layer and spread evenly. Return pan to refrigerator to solidify the chocolate coating (approximately 15 minutes).
  7. Slice into squares.
