No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars
We have turned everybody's favorite favourite chocolate chip cookie dough to a safe-to-eat, safe-to-serve pub that is ideal for summer potlucks and barbecues (or any time you want a raw cookie dough repair ). All these cookie bread bars put up so you don't.

Cup butter

Cup packed brown sugar

teaspoon vanilla extract

Cup milk (non-dairy is nice )

teaspoon salt

Cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions
- For the bottom layer: in a large bowl with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugar until well blended.
- Add the milk, vanilla extract, salt and oat flour. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until well dispersed.
- Refrigerate for two hours or until solid.
- Make the layer by melting the chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat with oil When the foundation layer is strong.
- Once smooth, pour on the bottom layer and spread evenly. Return pan to refrigerator to solidify the chocolate coating (approximately 15 minutes).
- Slice into squares.
