Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries
- 3 tbsp crushed Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp butter softened
Directions
- Cut 1/4 hollow out using a knife and inch away from the berries.
- Melt chocolate chips.
- In a tote, crushed Oreos with a roller.
- Dip each then strawberry into chocolate cookie crumbs' tip. Put on a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, softened vanilla, butter, cocoa powder and sugar together. Mix in chocolate then and until integrated whipped cream.
- With a pastry bag pipe filling into every strawberry.
