Dark Chocolate Banana Bread Muffins
INGREDIENTS
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F/ / 180˚C.
2. Add eggs and blend. Mix together: vanilla, milk, maple syrup, and greek yogurt.
3. Add dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Chocolate chips to the mix.
4. Pour mix into a greased muffin tin, filling up each about 2/3 complete.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle of the muffin.
