MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP DIP

Frequent readers of the food site know I am a fan of desserts, and also this mint chocolate chip dip is no exception. It follows a similar formulation into the Churro Cheesecake Dip (because both dips are a kind of no bake cheesecake dip) but what I love about this one would be the Oreos.

Your dip can move back into the fridge as soon as you get beyond the mark Since the party continues. Let it cool for at least 30 minutes prior to bringing it, In case your guests want dip.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  2. 1 cup heavy whipping cream really cold
  3. 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  4. green food coloring
  5. 3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. With a stand mixer (or hand-held large bowl), add peppermint extract, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and heavy whipping cream and beat on high until stiff peaks form, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Eliminate peppermint lotion in the bowl (do not have to be neat - it is fine if there is still lotion in the bowl on the beaters) and add cream cheese. Whip about another 3-5 minutes, until fluffy.
  3. Add back lotion and mix until smooth with a spatula. Add a couple drops of food coloring and stir fry; add food if desired.
  4. Pour chocolate chips to the bowl using the lotion and fold them together till smooth and blended.
  5. Mint chocolate chip cheesecake dip with mint Oreo biscuits for dipping.
