CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER KETO NO BAKE COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup creamy thick All-natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup creamy thick All-natural almond butter
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (I use this particular brand)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (I use this particular fresh )
- 2 tbsp confectioners erythritol
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, almond butter, and the peanut butter.
- Add the butter, vanilla extract. and erythritol.
- Mix until it's evenly distributed throughout the mix.
- Drop 1 1/2 to two inch spoonfuls (10 total) on the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Cookies are roughly 2.5 net carbs with all the components I used.
