Roy's Classic Melting Hot Chocolate Soufflé Is Legit Off The Charts Delicious
INGREDIENTS

- 12 tablespoons butter
- 8 oz chocolate or semisweet
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 eggs, also 4 egg yolks
PREPARATION
- . medium-high heat, melt butter in a saucepan. Add chocolateand whisk to blend.
- . In a bowl, combine cornstarch and sugar. Pour chocolate mix, and blend thoroughly.
- . Add the eggsand blend thoroughly. Refrigerate mixture.
- Line 4 soufflé 4 ramekins with paper or tins, and grease . Divide mixture and bake for 28-30 minutes.
