Roy's Classic Melting Hot Chocolate Soufflé Is Legit Off The Charts Delicious



INGREDIENTS

Servings: 4

  1. 12 tablespoons butter
  2. 8 oz chocolate or semisweet
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 3 tbsp cornstarch
  5. 4 eggs, also 4 egg yolks

PREPARATION

  1. . medium-high heat, melt butter in a saucepan. Add chocolateand whisk to blend.
  2. . In a bowl, combine cornstarch and sugar. Pour chocolate mix, and blend thoroughly.
  3. . Add the eggsand blend thoroughly. Refrigerate mixture.
  4.  Line 4 soufflé 4 ramekins with paper or tins, and grease . Divide mixture and bake for 28-30 minutes.
  5. . Enjoy!
