Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
for 10 servings
- 1/2 cup sugar (100 gram )
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup processed coconut oil, melted (100 gram )
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups bread (185 g)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 ounces vegan semi-sweet chocolate, balls (115 gram )
- 4 ounce vegan dark chocolate, balls (115 gram )
Planning
- In a large bowlwhisk together brown sugar, the sugar, salt, and oil till blended.
- Whisk in vanilla and milk, the batter is smooth and until all sugar has dissolved.
- Sift in the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula.
- Fold in the chocolate balls.
- The dough using a ice cream scoop on a baking sheet. Make sure you leave a minimum of two inches of space between cookies as well as the pan's edges cookies can spread.
- Cool completely.
