Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies





















































































Ingredients

for 10 servings

  1. 1/2 cup sugar (100 gram )
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 cup processed coconut oil, melted (100 gram )
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1 1/2 cups bread (185 g)
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 4 ounces vegan semi-sweet chocolate, balls (115 gram )
  8. 4 ounce vegan dark chocolate, balls (115 gram )

Planning

  1. In a large bowlwhisk together brown sugar, the sugar, salt, and oil till blended.
  2. Whisk in vanilla and milk, the batter is smooth and until all sugar has dissolved.
  3. Sift in the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula.
  4. Fold in the chocolate balls.
  5. The dough using a ice cream scoop on a baking sheet. Make sure you leave a minimum of two inches of space between cookies as well as the pan's edges cookies can spread.
  6. Cool completely.
