CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY CUPCAKES


All these Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cupcakes are created out of a chocolate cupcake recipe, strawberry chocolate coated strawberries that were refreshing.


These cupcakes are similar to having two yummy snacks in one! Between the chocolate coated strawberries along with the cupcakes themselves, I am unsure which I am most excited about. I have always been a fan of berries, as it comes as no real surprise to me the chocolate coated strawberries made it. Extras were produced by me we could have eaten all of them.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 8 ounce chocolate melting wafers*
  2. 16 strawberries, dried and washed
  3. 4 ounce chocolate melting wafers*
  4. Optional, gel icing color
  5. 1 cups (207g) glucose
  6. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. 1 large egg
  9. 3/4 tsp vanilla
  10. 3/4 cup (149g) chopped tomatoes
  11. Optional, gel icing color

DIRECTIONS

1. To create the chocolate coated strawberries, melt in accordance with package directions and then set the chocolate melting wafers.
2. Dip each strawberry into the chocolate, then stirring off the excess chocolate put to dry.
3. Put the chocolate melting wafers and melt in accordance with package directions. 4. Insert some red or pink gel and stir to blend. Till you've got your preferred colour of pink, Insert a small amount at a time.
5. Drizzle the chocolate that is pink on the chocolate and let to dry. Refrigerate strawberries to use.
6.7. Add the ingredients and whisk together. Put aside.
8.9. Add the wet ingredients and blend until well blended.
10. Add the water and blend until well blended.
11. Fill out the cupcake liners about half way and inhale until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs, or for 18-23 minutes.
12. Remove from oven and allow to cool for two minutes, then remove to a rack to finish cooling.
13. To make the frosting, add the strawberries and puree till smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve. Set aside.
14. Beat the butter and shortening in a mixer bowl until smooth and blended.
15. Add about half the powdered sugar and blend until smooth and well blended.
16. Add 2 tbsp of cherry puree and blend until well blended
17. Insert the sugar and blend until smooth.
18. Insert the strawberry puree necessary to find the consistency of taste and frosting.
19. Insert red or pink gel till you have your preferred colour of pink frosting, icing color.
20. Pipe the frosting. Ateco suggestion 844 was utilized by me.
