TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, and salt. Gently pour the flour mixture. Add the flour mixture and blend until blended. Add the chocolate chips and refrigerate the dough for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop the dough on the pan with a massive cookie shovel (or about 2 Tablespoons). Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are crisp, yet soft at the center.
